Elizabeth grew up in the foothills of Northeast Georgia. After completing a BA in History at the College of Charleston, she decided to make Charleston her full time home. Her love of history and the arts led to her early jobs at Drayton Hall and the Spoleto Festival, USA.
Elizabeth’s introduction to real estate came up in 2001 when she became a sales and marketing director with Greystar Real Estate Partners. Working closely with the architect and contractor, she played a major role in developing and selling 23 condominiums at Wappoo Landing on the Intracoastal Waterway. She also headed the sales and marketing of King Street Lofts; formerly a McCrory’s Five and Dime that was converted into residential and commercial condominiums. Elizabeth had found her career and became a general broker in 2003.

Hanna grew up on the coast of Delaware, where she learned to love and appreciate the sand and sea. She chose Charleston for undergrad, as it felt very similar to her hometown.
Hanna graduated from the College of Charleston with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Real Estate. A native of the Lowcountry, Harold grew up in downtown Charleston and spent most of his summers on the beaches and waterways that surround the Charleston area. Harold graduated from Woodberry Forest High School in Virginia before returning home to earn a B.A. degree in History at the College of Charleston.
